LFG! follows every NHL game. When one of your players scores, picks up an assist or gets into a fight, a card lands in your feed within minutes of the play.
Step 3: The clip lands in your feed
The card shows Clip coming first, then turns playable when the NHL posts the official highlight. Turn on notifications and LFG! tells you the moment it is ready.

Assists count too
Set one up, get a card. Assists show the goal clip with a note saying whose goal it was. Most highlight apps skip them.
Fights too
Drop the gloves, get a card. The fight video comes from HockeyFights.com and plays right in your feed once they post it.

The clip opens right over your feed and plays in the NHL's own player. No hunting through recaps for the one shift you care about.

Is it free?
Yes. LFG! is free. Create an account with your email and a password and start adding players.
Which leagues does it work with?
Any of them: Yahoo, ESPN, Fantrax, a pool with friends. You add your players by hand, so it does not matter where your league lives.
Does it cover assists?
Yes. Every assist by one of your players gets its own card, with the goal clip and a note saying who scored.
What about goalies?
Goalies get their own cards. When the NHL posts a clip of one of your goalie's big saves, it lands in your feed as a short Save clip. Not every save, just the ones worth watching.
Does it show fights?
Yes. When one of your players fights, you get a Fight card right away. The video comes from HockeyFights.com and plays in the card once they post it, usually later that night.
How fast are clips?
The card appears within minutes of the play. The video follows once the NHL posts it. Until then the card says Clip coming.
Can I get a notification when my players score?
Yes. Turn on notifications and you get one as soon as a goal, assist or fight clip for one of your players is ready. Tap it and the clip opens.
Android: sign in, tap Turn on notifications on your feed or in Settings, then Allow. Chrome, Samsung Internet, Firefox and Edge all work.
iPhone (iOS 16.4 or later): Apple only allows notifications from apps on your Home Screen, so add LFG! there first.
- In Safari, tap Share at the bottom of the screen. In Chrome, Share is in the address bar.
- Tap Add to Home Screen (under View More if you do not see it), then Add.
- Open LFG! from your Home Screen, sign in, and tap Turn on notifications.
Computer: Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on a Mac work too.
Do I need to download an app?
No. LFG! works in your browser. On your phone you can add it to your Home Screen and it opens full screen like any other app, with nothing to download from a store. On iPhone that is also how you turn on notifications.
